Clara: I think it's kind of ridiculous you're not sitting down Elroy: Oh I don't I don't mind standing Clara: Well, there's plenty of room and I'm not intimidating Elroy: Uh yeah it's true Clara: I have to ask what's in the box? Elroy: It's um, it's it's nothing Clara: Well you carry it like it's something. Sorry, it's none of my business. I guess I was just intrigued Elroy: Uh it's picture frames, a stapler, paper clips and uh pens, and a stack of post-its. Clara: Not a human head then? Elroy: Uh no it's not a human head Clara: I'm Clara by the way Elroy: Hi Clara: Hi Elroy: Sorry, uh I'm Elroy Clara: Elroy. So Elroy sorry you lost your job Elroy: What? No, oh because of the box? No, I didn't. I didn't lose my job Clara: Oh well, congratulations then Elroy: Why? Clara: For not losing your job Elroy: Okay right thanks. Um, this is my mom's stuff. Uh was. She died. She, um she worked up at the insurance company up the street. Yeah, she worked there for a long time a really long time. When I was in high school I'd get up for school in the morning and she'd already be gone. but, um she would leave these little notes on the door. it was just kind of nice. I don't know why I'm telling you any of this to be honest. Clara: She sounds amazing Elroy: Yeah she is, she was. Her and I were really different though Clara: well, how's that? Elroy: She was so nice to everyone. I mean honestly half the time I can't stand people but she could find something nice to say about pretty much anyone Clara: You could do that Elroy: No, I can't Clara: Seems like you're just waiting for an opportunity Elroy: Yeah you might be right about that. It could be Clara: Hey Elroy. This is my friend Elroy by the way. Can I borrow a post-it? Elroy: Yeah, sure go nuts Man: Thanks Clara: Hey Elroy Elroy: What are you doing? Clara: I wrote a nice shirt. What do you think? Elroy: Yeah it's great, I mean it, it really is a nice shirt Clara: Here Elroy: Would you stop throwing stuff at me, please Clara: It's your turn Man: Yeah Elroy, What do you get? Nice mustache. You guys are weird Elroy: You know, I don't even know her that well so Clara: Do you have anything else to do today Elroy?
